If you have any issues with a product i.e. the product is damaged or missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible or can offer a full refund on the price of the item at the time of purchase. We cannot exchange any item if purchased in error as these are handmade products made to order. It is up to you, the customer to check spelling on any personalised item as we cannot be responsible or exchange these items.
